State and federal filing requirements
MyCorporation is not responsible for advising or reminding you of requirements or obligations including state or federal filings, annual reports, taxes due, or other filing requirements. Maintenance obligations are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and refunds
If you are dissatisfied with our service, MyCorporation will undertake its best efforts to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Refund requests must be made within sixty (60) days of issuance of services. State filing fees and certain third-party fees may be nonrefundable.

Transmission of email is at your own risk. MyCorporation cannot accept responsibility for your transmission of confidential information or any obligation with respect to that information.
Governing law
This agreement is entered into in the state of California and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of California, exclusive of its choice of law rules.
